Question 1

How do I get from Colombo Airport to Arugam Bay?

Accepted Answer

Book the airport transfer route directly from our Fleet page. Journey time and distance can vary depending on traffic, road conditions, the route taken and stops along the way. Pick a Sedan, Van or SUV depending on your group size and luggage.

Question 2

Do drivers speak English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every driver on the platform is based locally and speaks conversational English, so you can confirm pickup points, stops and timing without any language barrier.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Your fare is confirmed with you before the trip. Pay your driver in cash on the day, or message us on WhatsApp to ask about other payment options.

Question 4

Can I book before I land, from abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with a quote without an account, then continue to the online booking form if you would like to send a booking request. New travellers can create an account during that process — you don’t need a Sri Lankan phone number or local SIM.

Question 5

Is there space for surfboards and luggage?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle listings show seat and luggage capacity for each car, van, SUV and tuk-tuk. Vans and SUVs comfortably fit board bags — mention it in your booking notes if you’re travelling with oversized gear.

Question 6

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as you know your new arrival time so the team can update your pickup arrangements with the driver.

Question 7

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Accepted Answer

Contact the team as soon as your plans change; cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking.

Question 8

Are child seats available?

Accepted Answer

Baby and booster seats are provided free of charge — just request one when you book and your driver will have it ready.
